Alina Mulyukova

Welcome!

I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Chair of Development Economics at Georg-August-University of Göttingen and a Research Fellow at Kiel Institute for the World Economy.

My research interests are in international and development economics.  I use micro-data and applied econometric methods to understand how international trade, FDI and industrial policies affect the performance of firms and workers in the Global South. 

I am a member of the research project on understanding and quantifying the developmental effects of Special Economic Zones.   

I was a visiting researcher at the Department of Economics at the University of Chicago.
